Our Story

Old Stories. New Tools. Original Music.

Scottsdale Stockyards Records was founded by Patrick Dean as an independent creative music project built around original storytelling, American history and country music.

Dean develops the original concepts, directs the songwriting and creative process, and serves as producer of the label's releases, using both traditional and AI-assisted production tools to bring the music to life. The technology may be new. The goal isn't: tell a story worth hearing.
